The story follows Father Kim (Kim Yoon-seok), a weary but determined priest who believes a young girl, Young-shin (Park So-dam), is possessed by one of the "twelve spirits" after a hit-and-run accident. Despite facing skepticism from the church hierarchy and the medical community, Father Kim prepares for a dangerous unofficial exorcism.
