Findings indicate that while global formats (e.g., challenges, ASMR, vlogs) dominate the form, Indonesian videos are uniquely characterized by "gotong royong" (mutual cooperation) in comment sections, the resurgence of regional languages, and a specific genre of "horror-comedy" that reflects urban anxieties.
