The story follows (Melissa George), a single mother of an autistic son, who joins her friend Greg and several others on a sailing trip aboard his yacht, the Triangle . A freak storm capsizes their boat, and the survivors are "rescued" by a massive, eerily deserted 1930s-vintage ocean liner called the Aeolus .
