The Y33 (V2030) uses a different chipset (Snapdragon 680). Flashing an MTK preloader onto a Qualcomm device will permanently short the power management IC.

: In your flashing tool, load the MT6769_Android_scatter.txt file; this will automatically point to the preloader_v2109.bin if it's in the same folder. y33s preloader file
