Email support@commax.com with “Request: Installation Manual for DPRA01” in the subject line. Include your device’s serial number (found on a sticker on the rear PCB). They will typically email you a PDF within 24-48 hours.
✅ – the terminal layout differs slightly from older Commax cameras (e.g., DPRA02). Without it, you risk shorting the audio line to power.
