Malayalam Kabi Kadha Extra Quality 2021 Review

Written in 1916, this is perhaps his most heart-wrenching work. It tells the story of Leela, a young widow who leads a lonely life. She encounters her childhood friend, Madhavan, who is now a married man. The poem explores the agonizing consequences of child marriage and the cruel fate of widows in orthodox Hindu society. It is a critique of social hypocrisy.
