If multiple games fail, your dumps might be corrupted. Re-dump them using the PS3 Disc Dumper Advanced Config Changes
Disable all patches ( Manage > Game Patches ) and try again. If the game works, re-enable patches one by one. rpcs3 thread terminated due to fatal error
