If you have already purchased the software but cannot find your credentials, you can retrieve them through the official GOM Lab Support using these steps: Via the Software : Open GOM Player Plus, click on the License Information icon, and select "Forgot license key?" Via the Website : Log in to the GOM Lab website and check under My Page > Product & License Non-members : Visit the Customer Service > For Non-member > Find your License key
