The story is set in San Francisco’s Chinatown and follows (played by martial arts virtuoso Iko Uwais). Kai is a promising young chef who finds his life upended when he is chosen by the spirits of the "Wu Xing" (the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water).
