"Son of Satyamurthy" revolves around the life of Sameer (played by Allu Arjun), a young man who leads a carefree life in London. However, his world is turned upside down when he's forced to return to his hometown, Nizamabad, in Telangana, India, to settle his father's debts. Upon his return, Sameer reconnects with his childhood friends and rekindles his romance with his ex-girlfriend, Seetha (played by Nidhhi Agerwal). As Sameer navigates his way through the complexities of his family's past and his own relationships, he undergoes a significant transformation, ultimately discovering his true purpose in life.
